Wish List

Here is a list of things that would be great in a care package. I get asked a lot for ideas of things to send so I thought I'd compile everything here!
Pretty much anything and everything is appropriate and brands don't matter!

Update (10/6/13): As of the beginning of December I will be living on my own, which means I will be cooking for one. Here is a list of things that would make that a little easier :)

  • Pasta Sides
  • Oatmeal packets
  • Granola Bars
  • Campbell's To Go Soup
  • Couscous

For me:
Letters and pictures! I will write back!
Thumbdrives of new music/tv/movies/podcasts. I'll send these back!
Reece's Pieces
Twizzlers
Bottle Caps
Sweet tarts
pretty much any other candy you can think of!
granola bars (Nature Valley oat and honey are my favorite but any are appreciated)
fruit snacks
animal crackers
DRINK MIXES! Water is boring, y'all. (any brand/flavor)
Velveeta! (Yes, this ships!)
Brownie/Cake mixes (ones that only require water, margerine, oil, eggs)
Mac&Cheese!!! (easy mac will not work over a fire)
Nutella
Marshmallows
Condiments! Anything you can get for free at any fast food place. Honey, ketchup, mustard, honey mustard, sweet and sour, ranch....anything!
iPod cord (mine is about to break in half)
Books (novels, biographies, etc.)

For my students:
protractors
compasses

If anyone can figure out how to send Graeter's Ice cream to Malawi....I will give you my first born child.

  1. Can you use pencils as well as pens? Maybe with a sharpener? How about paper?

  2. Ink pens work the best because the paper quality is so low. But pencils and paper would also be useful for primary school students.
Anything and everything would be helpful :)
